Our Programs & Schedule

We offer a wide range of classes designed to support every fitness level and training goal — from beginners to experienced athletes. Whether you’re focused on strength, conditioning, mobility, or skill development, there’s something for everyone.

CrossFit – Functional, varied workouts focused on overall fitness

CrossFit Advanced (CrossFit+) – For experienced athletes looking to push performance

HYROX – Endurance-based training combining running and functional movements

Olympic Weightlifting – Beginner and advanced sessions focused on technique and strength

Gymnastics – Build body control, strength, and coordination

​

Mobility & Recovery – Improve movement, flexibility, and longevity

Kids Classes – Fun, safe, and engaging fitness for younger athletes

Community Perk

Members are welcome to bring a friend for free to the first Saturday 9:30 AM class of every month, a great way to train together and introduce someone new to the gym!

Class Reservations & Scheduling

We use the PushPress Members App to manage class and open gym bookings. Due to limited capacity, reserving your spot in advance is required.

How to Reserve a Class

  1. Open the PushPress Members App

  2. Tap the “Schedule” icon at the bottom of the screen

  3. Select your desired class or open gym session

  4. Tap “Reserve”

​

You must have an active membership or punch card to book a session.

​

Cancelling a Reservation

​To cancel, simply open the session in the app and tap “Remove Reservation.”

​

Waitlist System

When a class or open gym session is full, you’ll automatically be added to the waitlist.

If a spot becomes available:

  • The app will notify you

  • Spots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis

​

Booking Window

All classes and open gym sessions open for booking 7 days in advance.
