We are a strength and conditioning gym located in Hang Dong, Chiang Mai. We offer structured training programs including CrossFit-style workouts, Olympic weightlifting, HYROX preparation, personal training, and group fitness classes for all levels.

Do I need experience to join?

No experience is required. Most of our members start as beginners. Our coaches will guide you step-by-step through proper technique, safe movement patterns, and progressive training so you can build strength and fitness at your own pace.

What types of training do you offer?

We offer a variety of training options, including:

Where are you located?

We are located in Hang Dong, Chiang Mai, and welcome members from across Chiang Mai including Mae Hia and surrounding areas.

What makes CrossFit Pulmo different from a regular gym?

Unlike a traditional gym, we focus on structured coaching, programming, and progression. Every session is designed to help you improve strength, fitness, and movement quality in a safe and supportive environment.

Do you offer training for kids?

Yes, we have kids classes designed to improve coordination, movement skills, confidence, and overall fitness in a safe and fun environment.

Do you have facilities like showers and changing rooms?

Yes, we provide full changing facilities, including 5 showers for members to use before or after training.

Can I do personal training?

Yes, we offer one-on-one personal training tailored to your goals, whether that’s strength, fat loss, performance, or technique improvement in Olympic lifting and functional fitness.
