HYROX ​

HYROX is the world’s fastest growing functional fitness sport that combines both running and functional workout stations.

​

​HYROX training is built on a foundation of diverse and challenging endurance and strength workouts. By integrating high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with longer endurance efforts, HYROX helps athletes improve stamina and cardiovascular performance.

 

HIIT alternates between intense work intervals and brief recovery phases, while longer, steady-paced activities like running or rowing cover distances up to 10k.

​HYROX is truly accessible for everyone. No matter your fitness level or experience we can scale each and every movement to suit you.

Our HYROX Classes

The perfect blend of strength and endurance, combining running and functional exercises. Our HYROX classes will take your training to the next level. Whether you’re just starting out or an elite athlete we want you to join our inclusive, supportive community.

HYROX Complete - Basic Daily Workout (20-40 mins)

Manageable sets and volume

​

HYROX Engine - High Volume (40-60 mins+)

Big sets designed to replicate race intensity

​

HYROX Interval - Focus on pace or speed (Work:rest ratio)

Repeating sets designed to develop accurate pacing abilities

​

HYROX Strength - For quality, not for time

Focus on lower rep ranges with rest as needed

Basic weightlifting movements and accessory work

​

HYROX Aerobic - Conversational Effort (40-60 mins)

Minimal change in effort throughout

​Strength is developed through High Intensity Functional Training (HIFT), focusing on functional movements like sled pushes and pulls, weighted carries, and sandbag or kettlebell exercises. Classic strength lifts such as deadlifts, squats, and bench presses are also incorporated to build power.

​

HYROX coaching provides the tools and techniques to deliver these dynamic classes effectively, empowering athletes to achieve peak performance.

What if I can't run?

No problem at all we can cater for this and provide you alternatives ensuring HYROX really is for everyone. Unlike Crossfit there there are no gymnastics, Olympic lifts or complicated technical moves which truly makes this a sport for EVERYONE.

How is HYROX different from CrossFit?

HYROX and CrossFit are frequently juxtaposed as they both fall under the umbrella of functional fitness events. However, significant disparities exist between the two. You can find more about their differences in this article.​​

Class Schedule

Our HYROX classes are 60 minutes long and are held on Wednesdays:

​

  • Tuesday - HYROX Engine: 6:15 PM

  • Wednesday - HYROX Aerobic: 5:45 AM, 7 AM, 8 AM, 9:15 AM

  • Sunday - HYROX Complete: 10:30 AM
