What is Hyrox training?

HYROX training blends endurance and strength using a mix of running, functional movements, and interval-based workouts. Sessions are designed to build stamina, power, and confidence — whether you’re training for competition or just improving your fitness.

Our HYROX Classes

A balanced mix of strength and endurance, suitable for beginners through to advanced athletes.

HYROX Interval/Engine - Focus on pacing, aerobic capacity, and work-to-rest ratios.

​

HYROX Strength - Lower reps, controlled intensity, and foundational strength work using barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, sleds, and carries.

Is Hyrox right for me?

Absolutely. All movements can be scaled to your ability.
No gymnastics. No Olympic lifts. Just functional, effective training that anyone can do.​​​​​

Class Schedule

Our HYROX classes are 60 minutes long and are held on:

  • Wednesday - HYROX Interval: 5:45 AM, 7 AM, 8 AM, 9:15 AM, 5 PM

  • Thursday - HYROX Strength: 8 AM

  • Saturday - HYROX: 9:30 AM

  • Sunday - HYROX Engine: 9 AM
