Do I Need to Be Fit to Start CrossFit?
Not at all. CrossFit is for everyone.
Every workout can be scaled to your ability, whether you’re brand new to training or already experienced. You move at your own pace, and our coaches guide you every step of the way.​​​

Class Structure
Each class is 60 minutes and led by a qualified coach:

Warm-Up
Prepare your body with dynamic movement and mobility work.

Strength or Skill
Build strength or learn new movements in a focused, coached setting.

Workout of the Day (WOD)
A varied, high-energy workout that changes daily to keep things fun and challenging.
Cool Down
Stretch and recover to support performance and prevent injury.
