About Us
We're a small, locally owned gym situated in Mae Hia, Chiang Mai, led by Maurice Genuhn, a seasoned Physiotherapist and coach. From Olympic weightlifting to CrossFit, our expertise spans various disciplines. Specializing in CrossFit, weightlifting, sports performance and recovery, gymnastics, and youth programs, we're all about fostering a supportive community. Reserve a Class
​Reserve your spot in class with ease using our PushPress Members app. Visitors must contact us to book a spot in advance, as classes fill up quickly. We’ll provide you with a link to book your spot once you reach out to us. Walk-ins are not guaranteed a spot in the class, so please plan ahead and book in advance to avoid disappointment.
