This July, we’re excited to launch our CrossFit Teens Program at Pulmo — a 5-session course designed to help teens ages 10–15 stay active, build confidence, and develop a strong foundation in fitness. Whether your teen is already involved in sports or just starting their movement journey, this program offers a supportive, fun environment to help them grow both physically and mentally.

Led by Coach Maurice, our Head Coach and licensed physical therapist, and Coach Shelby, Pulmo’s co-owner and athlete, your teen will be guided every step of the way by experienced coaches who understand how to train growing bodies safely and effectively.

What They’ll Learn:

Functional strength training + body awareness

Safe, scalable compound movements

Intro to gymnastics + weightlifting

Accessory work for joint stability + sports performance

Basic gym etiquette, mindset, and training habits

Fun, varied CrossFit-style workouts tailored for youth

Course Structure
Each session focuses on teaching proper movement techniques, building strength, and developing overall athleticism. Teens will learn the basics of strength training, body awareness, and functional movement, all while getting introduced to skills like gymnastics, weightlifting, and accessory work to support athletic performance. We’ll also cover foundational training habits, gym etiquette, and the kind of mindset that leads to long-term success.

But this program is more than just workouts. It’s about giving teens a space to move their bodies, challenge themselves, and build self-confidence. Through age-appropriate CrossFit-style workouts, they’ll experience what it means to set goals, stay consistent, and have fun while doing it. For active kids and beginners alike, it’s a great way to stay fit over the break and form habits that will last well beyond the gym.

Dates: Every Thursday in July (5 sessions) at 10:45am
Cost: 2,000 baht for the full program

To keep the experience personal and safe, space is limited. We need a minimum of 4 teens to run the course, so if you’re interested, make sure to sign up by June 26 to secure a spot.
