Our gym offers a focused program with two 90-minute classes each week — every Monday and Wednesday. Our experienced coaches will guide you through the snatch and clean & jerk, helping you build strength, speed, and confidence along the way.

New to Olympic Weightlifting?

No worries!
We offer a dedicated Beginners Olympic Weightlifting class every Monday and Wednesday at 6:15 PM. To keep things personalized, we limit each class to just 4 spots — so please message us in advance to reserve your place.

Our group classes welcome athletes of all levels. If you’re new to the sport, just let us know! We’ll provide extra guidance to ensure you learn the techniques safely and effectively. Olympic lifts are challenging, but with patience and practice, they become fun and rewarding!
