Group Classes 

Starting a new fitness program can be daunting, especially when it comes to strength training and Olympic weightlifting. Our classes provide a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals of all fitness levels. With experienced coaches guiding you through proper form and technique, you'll learn and improve your skills while building strength and confidence. Our CrossFit classes are adaptable to meet the needs of everyone, offering personalized modifications and tailored workouts to help you achieve your specific goals.

**Reserve your spot in class with ease using our PushPress Members app. Visitors must contact us to book a spot in advance, as classes fill up quickly. We’ll provide you with a link to book your spot once you reach out to us. Walk-ins are not guaranteed a spot in the class, so please plan ahead and book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Foundations via Private Sessions 

Private coaching may be the right solution for you if you can't attend our regularly scheduled sessions or have specific needs such as injuries, mobility limitations or pregnancy. Email us to get started with private 1-on-1 sessions.
